Hot Lunch FAQ

How do I set up an account?

Click on "Hot Lunch Policy" on the left side of the page and it will direct you to all the information needed to set up a hot lunch account.

What is the school code?

The school code is 278SANC. 

How are payments made?

Our merchant processor is PayPal and we now accept debit and credit cards. In order only enter your information one time, you will have to open a FREE PayPal account at or you may choose to reenter your information each time.  

Can I pay with a credit card?

We now accept credit cards through PayPal.

How much is the processing fee and am I charged every time I order?

The processing fee is $3.00 every time you make a payment into your child’s hot lunch account. The increased fee allows us to accept credit cards. 

What do the abbreviations "GR1 and GR2" mean?

The abbreviations are just for our administrative use.  However, this is what they mean:  "GR1" - Group 1 and "GR2" - Group 2 are to separate the student orders on days we have two vendors (Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Why have some of the prices increased?

Some prices have gone up due to the hike in grocery prices across the nation.  Our prices only increase by the amount that is increased by the vendor.

Will I receive a credit if my child is absent or attends a field trip?

Can food be given to a sibling or another student?

No. Lunch orders are non-transferable and cannot be given to anyone else except the intended party or their parent/guardian. 

What happens if there is inclement weather?

All orders will be credited to your account.  We will not makeup that lunch.

What happens if I miss the deadline to order?

We are no longer accepting late payments. 

What happens if I place my order but do not pay by the deadline?

The order will not be processed and will be deleted. 

If my student forgets their snack, are there items for purchase?

The "snack/side" items and drinks listed on the menu are available for purchase a la carte.

If my student forgets their lunch, what happens?

The student can pick something from the "snack/sides" menu (i.e. cereal cups, muffins, applesauce, chips, milk, juice, water and more..) and bring the cash in the following day.  We do not sell the entrée items to students a la carte.

What happens if I have money in the hot lunch account at the end of the year?

The money can either be rolled over and used for the following school year or we can send you a refund check.

Can I pay for hot lunch, after school and educational expenses together?

No, hot lunch is separate from after school and the educational expenses.
